| 本研究系统分析了国际五大公民科学组织的运行机制与典型案例,揭示其通过多元主体协同、开放科学范式及文化适应性创新推动公众参与科学的核心路径。基于案例分析获得的经验,提出我国科技馆体系可借鉴公民科学组织的价值向度、组织模式和供给体系,形成社会思潮、深化资源整合、驱动科普供给侧改革,为我国科技馆体系破壁、升维、跨界、协同发展提供思路,助力新《科普法》倡导的“政府—社会—市场”协同机制建设,为科普事业高质量发展提供实践范式。 |

| This study systematically analyzes the operating mechanisms and typical cases of five major international citizen science organizations, revealing their core pathways for promoting public participation in science through multi-stakeholder collaboration, open science paradigms, and culturally adaptive innovations. Experiences based on international case studies, this study suggests that China's science museum system can draw lessons from the value orientations, organizational models, and supply systems of citizen science organizations. This can foster social engagement, deepen resource integration, and drive the reform of the science communication supply side. It provides insights for breaking down barriers, enhancing capabilities, fostering cross-boundary collaboration, and promoting synergistic development within China's science and technology museum system. Additionally, it supports the construction of the “government-society-market” collaborative mechanism advocated by the new Science Popularization Law, offering practical paradigms for the high-quality development of science popularization initiatives. |
