| 博物馆作为保存文化与自然遗产的公共机构,对记录和传播人类历史文明及地球生态智慧具有重要意义。本研究从提升博物馆展览质量的角度出发,以澄江化石地世界自然遗产博物馆为研究对象,以SPEAKING模型为分析框架,对馆内语言文字应用情况展开系统梳理与剖析,并结合SWOT分析,提出针对性改善建议,旨在优化博物馆参观体验。研究表明,澄江化石地世界自然遗产博物馆的语言景观建设符合相关行业标准与法律法规。基于此,博物馆应把握入境旅游快速复苏的趋势及文旅融合政策支持的机遇,从改善语言服务质量、完善无障碍设施建设、提升文创产品品质三方面发力,进一步优化展陈质量与游客体验感,进而推动博物馆旅游可持续发展。 |

| Museums, as public institutions tasked with conserving documenting cultural and natural heritage, hold substantial significance in documenting and disseminating human historical civilization and the ecological wisdom of the Earth. From the perspective of improving the quality of museum exhibitions, this paper takes the Chengjiang Fossil Site World Natural Heritage Museum as the research object. Utilizing the SPEAKING Model as a research framework, the analysis focuses on language and text applications within the museum.Combined with a SWOT analysis, targeted recommendations are proposed to improve the visitor experience. The study shows that the linguistic landscape of the museum complies with the relevant standards and legislation. The museum should leverage the rapid recovery of inbound tourism and opportunities presented by cultural and tourism integration policies. Efforts should focus on enhancing the quality of language services, improving accessibility facilities, and upgrading the quality of cultural and creative products.These measures will further optimize exhibition quality and visitor experience, thereby promoting the sustainable development of museum tourism. |
