| 在新时代科普高质量发展背景下,科技馆作为传播科学知识的重要平台,亟需优化运营模式、提升服务质量,以满足公众日益增长的科普需求。本文基于典型案例调查分析,对科技馆提供会员服务展开探讨。通过文献研究与国内外典型案例分析,提炼科技馆会员服务的构建逻辑与实践策略,并从动态调整机制、灵活会员制度、跨界资源共享、数字化技术应用四个维度,提出对策思考,旨在为科技馆提供多元、高效、人性化的会员服务提供理论支撑与实践路径,进而增强其社会影响力、提升公众参与度,为提升公民科学素质贡献力量。 |

| In the context of the high-quality development of science popularization in the new era, science and technology museums, as an important platform for disseminating scientific knowledge, urgently need to optimize the mode of operation and quality of service to meet the public's growing demand for science popularization. Based on the typical case investigation and analysis, this paper discusses the establishment of a membership service system in science and technology museums. Through literature review and case studies of domestic and international examples, the construction logic and practice strategy of science and technology museum membership service system are refined. Furthermore, it proposes reflections from four dimensions:a dynamic adaptation mechanism, a flexible membership system, cross-border resource sharing, and the application of digital technologies. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical pathways for science and technology museums to develop a diversified, efficient, and personalized membership service system. Ultimately, it is expected to enhance the museums' social influence and public engagement, thereby contributing to the improvement of public scientific literacy. |
