| 博物馆藏品数据的新型要素属性与博物馆文化传播、传承及发展使命的融合与渗透,呈现出文化事业创新、发展的新形态和新局面。本文试从博物馆藏品数据要素的概念、特性出发,分析博物馆藏品数据要素价值实现现状。以融入国家战略部署的战略层为基础,建立藏品数据确权、价格制定、藏品数据分级分类的制度层以及安全流通环境的技术层,构建博物馆藏品数据要素价值实现的总体框架。通过藏品数据体系融合及多元主体的参与机制、发展复合型博物馆业态、入驻数据交易所平台等策略,实现博物馆藏品数据要素的价值,从而推动博物馆事业的创新发展。 |

| The integration and penetration of the new element attributes of museum collection data with the mission of cultural dissemination, inheritance and development mission present a new form and situation of cultural development and innovation. This paper commences by delving into the concept and characteristics of museum collection data elements. It then following by analyzing the current state of value realization for these data elements. Building upon the strategic level of aligning with national strategic deployments, the paper proposes establishing an institutional layer for data rights confirmation, pricing mechanisms, and data classification and grade, alongside a technical layer for creating a secure circulation environment. This forms an overall framework for realizing the value of museum collection data elements. Through the integration of the collection data system, strategies including the participation mechanism of multiple subjects, the development of the composite museum business, and the entry of the data exchange platform, it can realize the value of museum collection data elements, which promotes the innovative development of the museum field. |
